I believe it is through relationship with another person where change has the most opportunity to occur. The counseling relationship is a unique avenue through which to understand who you are and how you have come to be in the world. I have the privilege of working with courageous adults who are seeking help with the difficulties of their past and current life experiences. Together, we will explore your particular story and the patterns in your relationships that have made you the person you are now. We will address the aspects of your life that are contributing directly to your emotional difficulties, creating a space for healing and change to occur.  I also work with people who are looking to integrate psychedelic experiences into their lives.
