About

I am a Hakomi certified therapist (mindfulness and body based therapeutic process) and PACT Level II trained therapist.  I love working with couples and individuals.  I am a CDP (chemical dependency counselor and work with those questioning addiction or those working through what that means to them and how to navigate out of it and into life.  My approach is more of acceptance of where the client sees them self and offer many ways to look at addiction and many ways to find solutions.

I also work with adult adoptees who have found or are seeking out biological family members.  This can be a difficult process and from experience see the benefit of knowing someone who understands can help guide a client through this process.

In working with couples I use the Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy.  This approach fits nicely with my systems. training and my Hakomi certification as it incorporates using the body as a template for gaining more information and teaching couples how to read and regulate each other.  Currently I offer longer sessions (1.5 hrs) at a sliding scale rate of $100.00.
