My approach to counseling is purposefully broad and reflects my desire to provide service in a way that considers the particular needs of each individual client. My practice is informed by solution-focused, psychodynamic, phenomenological, somatic psychotherapy, and feminist theories.
I graduated with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, Seattle. I specialize in working with adolescents and women who have experienced trauma and deep life struggle. A have experience working with a range of issues including anxiety, childhood trauma, adult trauma, eating disorders, self-harm, adjustment issues, depression, addiction and grief.
I charge $100 for a therapeutic hour and $120 for an hour and a half. I provide reduced rates and sliding a scale of $50 - $80 depending on need.
