Hello! My name is Gabe and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Port Townsend and Washington State abroad. I see individuals and couples online and in-person.

From my experience, it is the present moment that our conscious and unconscious patterns emerge, allowing us to better understand our attitude toward self, other, and the power structures that surround us.

I find therapeutic work engaging and approach it from a psychodynamic/psychoanalytic relational lens, paying close attention to your current experience and the preceding attachment conditionings. My style is engaged, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe in affirming all identities and their expansive possibilities.
