The psychoanalytic community of the Northwest enjoys an abundance of experience, training and expertise representing much of the psychoanalytic landscape. It is the aim of the Forum, our annual conference, to share this wealth with our members and the community at large.

Afternoon Plenary Session: Psychotherapy and the Body

Together, members of the panel have been studying attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and somatic psychotherapy for over a decade. All have directly studied with and been inspired by Allan Schore and Sharon Stanley. They are psychodynamically-oriented therapists and would like to share their experiences integrating a right brain, body-based approach to their work. There will be a short clinical demonstration and space for audience dialogue.
