I offer individual psychotherapy sessions to adults and late teens. Besides a psychodynamic orientation, I bring in a somatic orientation from decades of experience as a bodyworker and a psychospiritual orientation from years of study and engagement in mind-body-spirit traditions. If there is interest, I include in sessions the modalities of Somatic Experiencing® (currently at the Advanced level of training) and Sandplay therapy in the Jungian tradition (engaged in training towards certification).

Insurance and Fee Information:
$150 per 50-minute session. Some reduced-fee slots available. In network with Premera, Lifewise, Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
