Jack M Ringel

I currently offer individual psychotherapy to adults in the greater Seattle area from my private office in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. I seek to help people with a variety of goals and issues, including many working professionals, students, parents, and military veterans.  My practice is geared towards long-term and in-depth work, which is further aided by meeting more than once a week when possible.  My psychoanalytic training (ongoing) supports me in this endeavor.  Of note, I've worked with a diverse group of patients/clients throughout my career, both in terms of clinical presentation and demographics/life experiences.
