I work with anxious people of any sort. We all know from experience that too much anxiety disrupts your creativity, ambitions, spontaneity, and relationships. Anxiety hijacks hope. Although I enjoy working with adults of any age, now that I am 'older' , I also enjoy working with and have much to offer to older folks.

I have always had a particular interest in trichotillomania or hair pulling, an addictive and frustrating behavior that complicates relations, both with the self, with others, and the social world. While the symptom may be hair pulling, every individual gives their own meaning to their particular ritual... so curious and interesting.
