My therapeutic approach is based in relational psychodynamic theory. The relationship between the therapist and client is of utmost importance in my work as I hold in mind what is happening within you as well as between you and I. It is my belief that this powerful relationship allows us to attain deeper meaning in our lives. I regularly review my work with a psychotherapy consultant and a professional consultation group and am committed to educational opportunities that further ground my work in relational psychotherapy.
