I offer relational psychotherapy to assist clients in their personal growth and to explore with them their problem(s). I strive to address the whole person over any one presenting problem and it is my belief that therapy should both support and challenge clients in a safe and empathetic environment. Alongside being a psychotherapist, I am also an artist and enjoy working with creative individuals. I have been in private practice since 2006 where I founded FOLKTOWN COUNSELING a private group practice in Ballard helping children, adults, and couples lead more meaningful lives.
I work at a minimum of weekly sessions with clients until they are ready to end or pause therapy. The rate for therapy can be discussed at our first session but my standard time of service rate is $140 per session or $510 per month. I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise, First Choice Network, Foundation, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Heritage & Kaiser PPO. If out of ntework I can provide statements for out of network reimbursement.
