I specialize is treating anxiety disorders including general anxiety, specific phobias, and trauma-reactive anxieties such as PTSD as well as adult ADHD. I serve individuals and couples and run a monthly group for adults with anxiety. I combine multiple modalities including EMDR, Emotions Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Adlerian psychology.

Insurance and Fee Information:
I do not accept insurance. My fee is $180 per 50 minute session. I provide a monthly statement for clients to self-bill insurance. It is up to my clients to call their insurance prior to our first session to find out what their "out of network rate of reimbursement" is so that they will know what their financial commitment will entail.
