Michelle Alpert is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who provides client-centered psychotherapy and counseling for adolescents and adults in Bellevue, Washington.

Michellel’s style is warm, informal, and nonjudgmental. Her expertise includes: managing and overcoming anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma, navigating life transitions, supporting individuals in developing social skills, and promoting awareness and acceptance of their own thoughts and feelings. She especially enjoys providing mental health support to women including prenatal and postnatal. Michelle also provides support and insight in the areas of attachment and identity, cultural issues, dealing with painful emotions, social struggles, people who would like to improve their relationships with others, problems with self-esteem, life decisions, and other mental health concerns.
